Acceptance of terms

By using msuit.in or any MSuit product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Use of the service

MSuit products are provided for legitimate business use. You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's or Meta's platform policies.

Client data

Each client account's data is isolated and remains the property of that client business. MDSC LLP acts as a service provider and does not claim ownership of client data.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
