If you'd like your personal data or your business's data deleted from MSuit or any connected product, you can request this at any time.
Email us at info@midassys.com with the subject line "Data deletion request", including the phone number, email, or account details associated with the data you'd like removed. You can also call us at 8848875088 during business hours.
We'll confirm your request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records by law. You'll receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
If your data was collected through a WhatsApp Business number connected via MSuit, deletion requests are processed against our systems in line with Meta's data deletion requirements.
