MSuit is operated by MDSC LLP ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through msuit.in and our connected applications, and how we use it.
When you submit a form on this site (consultation requests, contact enquiries), we collect the name and contact details you provide, along with any message you write. If you use MSuit's connected products, we process business data (such as WhatsApp message metadata) solely to provide the service to the business account that owns that data.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, provide requested services, and — with your consent — send relevant updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Client data within MSuit's connected products is never shared between separate client businesses. We may share data with service providers (such as hosting and messaging infrastructure) strictly to operate the service.
